By way of the present Interim Applications, the Applicants prayed for deletion of name of the Petitioners namely, Ashok Mahadu Patil, Parshuram Vitthal Raut, Hiru Chindu Kadam, Rama Dhondu Ambre, and
Dhondu Mahadu Patil in Writ Petition No. 9887/2015, and further prayed for withdrawal of the Writ Petition to the extent of these Petitioners and vacation of an interim order and further permission to withdraw the compensation lying with the Special Land Acquisition Officer in respect of the Petitioners and share of these Petitioners.

It is stated in the paragraph 3 of the Application that the Petitioner is in need of money in repayment of debts as such, it is decided not to prosecute the Petition by approaching this Court and by accepting compensation.

In view of the willingness expressed by the above referred Applicants / Petitioners for withdrawal of the Petition, the Interim Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and resultantly the Writ Petition No. 9887/2015 is allowed to be withdrawn in respect of Ashok Mahadu Patil, Parshuram Vitthal Raut, Hiru Chindu Kadam, Rama Dhondu Ambre, and Dhondu Mahadu Patil.

Accordingly, Interim Applicants are disposed of and Writ Petition No. 9887/2015 is also disposed of as withdrawn to the extent of above referred Applicants/Petitioners.
