On 18.02.2020, this Court had granted liberty to the applicant to renew his request for his release on bail, before the trial Court upon consideration of additional documents, if any filed and relied upon by him.

It appears the learned Sessions Court declined to look into the documents and refused to entertain the bail application.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the learned Sessions Court is requested to decide the Anticipatory Bail Application of the applicant if filed, on merits after taking into consideration, the additional documents on which he may rely upon. With this observation, application is disposed off.
