Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. He states that the earlier application being Anticipatory Bail Application No. 175 of 2015 has been restored by this Court vide order dated 23rd February, 2015 passed in Criminal Application No. 169 of 2015. Hence, he seeks leave to withdraw this application, as he would be pursuing Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 175 of 2015 which has been restored to file. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as withdrawn.
