The learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that the Petitioner has participated in the proceedings u/s 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, which have been initialed by the Respondent No.1 Bank. Though in the petition an exception was taken to the initiation of the said proceedings in view of the participation of the Petitioner in the said proceedings without demur, we do not deem it fit to entertain the above Petition.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed.
