The applicant was released on bail by an order dated 17/04/2017 passed by this Court. He was directed to report every month to the Investigating Officer till the completion of the trial. The applicant has abided by the condition. Considering the distance of time and as I am informed that even the charge has not been framed in the pending trial, the condition can be modified.

Learned counsel for the applicant sought complete exemption which was opposed by learned APP.

It would not appropriate to waive the condition completely, however, the same can be modified by directing 1/2

PMB 33.ia.530-23.doc that the applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer once in four months on the first Monday of the month commencing from March 2023. The rest of the conditions are maintained.

The interim application is disposed of.
