The learned APP submitted that in furtherance of order dated 5th July 2016, the Investigating Officer has verified the fact that the Applicant is married with the Prosecutrix. The learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer submitted that the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary. 2.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 12th February 2016 is hereby confirmed. 3.
