The same are taken on record and marked `X' for identification. Both the petitioner and the respondent No. 2 are present in Court and have been identified by their respective Counsel. They have identified their signatures as it appears on the Minutes of Consent Terms.

As recorded in the Consent Terms, the respondent no.2 has agreed to withdraw the proceedings mentioned in paras 1 and 2 of the Minutes of Consent Terms.

Both the parties have agreed to abide by the Minutes of Consent Terms, which are placed on record.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the Minutes of Consent Terms. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
