He further states that against the said order dated 15/02/2021 his client has already filed an Appeal before the Appellate Authority. Statement is accepted. Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. If any adverse order is passed by the Appellate Authority, the parties aggrieved would be at liberty to file appropriate proceeding. The order passed by the Appellate Authority shall be conveyed to the Petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such order.

No order as to costs.
