P.C:- Civil Application No.2983 of 2012 By this application, the Applicants/Petitioners have prayed to add three more members to the list of members annexed at Exhibit "A-1" to the petition. Considering the nature of the amendment, we allow the amendment.

Let the list of members at Exhibit- "A-1" be amended within one week. Amended copy be served on the Respondents. The Applicants/Petitioners shall deposit the additional court fees in respect of the three added members.

Civil application is, accordingly, disposed of in the above terms. No costs.

Interim Application (Stamp) No.16862 of 2023 This application is pressed by learned Counsel for the Applicants/Petitioners. The only amendment which is sought to be incorporated is in paragraph (I) at Schedule "A", which reads thus:- "I.

In the cause title of the Writ Petition, add the name and address of Mr. Joel Shaji residing at A-64, Brookhaven

Apartment, Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road, Jogeshwari East as Petitioner No.2 in place of existing Petitioner No.2 i.e. Krishan Lal Batra."

We allow the above amendment. Let the same be carried out within one week from today.

Amended copy of the petition be served on the Respondents.

Insofar as the other contents of the Schedule "A" are concerned, they are in the form of legal submissions which the Petitioner is permitted to argue at the final hearing of the petition. Writ Petition No.37 of 2006 Stand over to 14th July 2023. To be listed under the caption "For Final Hearing". "High on Board". Writ Petition No.379 of 2009 Writ Petition No.379 of 2009 has been shown to be a connected petition. As informed by the learned Counsel for the parties, the said petition is not a connected petition. It accordingly be detagged.
