The applicant is in custody from 7th February 2019. The trial has not commenced. Even charge has not been framed. Previous application for bail has been rejected. Thus, the applicant is in custody for a period of about 3 years and 6 months. In the light of previous orders passed by this Court, trial can be expedited. 2.

Learned advocate for applicant submit that liberty may be given to the applicant to prefer fresh application for bail in the event trial is not concluded within stipulated time. Considering the fact that applicant is in custody for a period of more than three years and also considering that most of the accused are on bail, trial is expedited. Trial Court shall make an endeavour to complete the trial within six months from the date of receipt of this order. In the event MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.08.25 11:05:30 +0530 trial is not completed within six months, the applicant would be at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail.

Registry to communicate this order to Trial Court immediately. Both the sides shall co-operate with Trial Court in expeditious conclusion of trial.
