This application was filed for seeking transfer of Writ Petition No. 3703 of 2002 from Nagpur Bench to the Principal Seat at Mumbai and to hear it along with Writ Petition Nos. 1053 of 2002 and 1257 of 2002 pending at the Principal Seat. 2.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the aforesaid writ petitions pending at the Principal Seat have already been disposed of by a judgment and order dated 6 May 2011. He, therefore, submits that the present application has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
