In the light of the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court reported in 2011 (5) Bom. C.R. 128, in the matter of Agriculture Produce Market Committee Vs. Meghraj Pundlikrao Dongre & Ors., the above Petition seeking a declaration that the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, are not applicable to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, must fail.
