DATE : 8 MAY, 2024 P.C. :- By consent of parties, writ petition is disposed of with the following directions :- (a) The petitioner/wife is permitted through her advocate to conduct the cross examination of P.W. No.1 on 11 June, 2024.

(b) Further petitioner/wife is permitted through her advocate to cross examine P.W. No. 2 and P.W. No.3 on 13 June, 2024.

2/3 (c) After the cross examination is over, the parties will advance their arguments in Marriage Petition No. 1153 of 2015 and are also permitted to file their written submissions.

(d) Thereafter, the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan to consider the evidence and the arguments of both the sides to decide the proceedings in an expeditious manner.

(e) Written arguments to be filed by both the sides on or before 31 July, 2024.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, following orders are quashed and set aside :-

(2) No Cross of P.W. 2 order dated 19 March, 2019 below Ex.52.

(3) No Cross of P.W. 3 order dated 19 March, 2019 below Ex.53.
