By this civil application, the applicant seeks restoration of the Arbitration Petition No.5 of 2016 which was dismissed for default. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the order dated 5th February 2016 passed by this Court is recalled. Arbitration Petition No.5 of 2016 is restored to file and be placed on board for 'hearing' on 12th June 2016. The applicant is directed to serve a copy of the arbitration petition upon the respondents in advance and shall file affidavit of service before the next date.
