Heard. These appeals are preferred by the Municipal Corporation challenging common oral order dated 19/11/2008 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in several Notices of Motion.

This court (Coram : Anoop V. Mohta, J.) by order dated 11/10/2013 disposed of Appeals from Order No.1224/2009 and 1225/2009 and other connected appeals on the ground that the suits are disposed of, therefore, the Appeals from Order as well as Civil Applications become infructuous. 3.

The same position arises in the present Appeals from Order also. Hence, all the above Appeals from Order stand disposed off. In view thereof, the Civil Applications stand dismissed as infructuous.
