The grievance of the Petitioner is that her licence in Form FL-III was suspended by an impugned order dated 27th October, 2016, and thereafter a representation made by the Petitioner to the Collector and the Commissioner has not been decided. We are informed that the Commissioner's post is vacant, but the Collector is available. We direct the Collector (Respondent No. 3 herein) to decide the Petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible, and in any 1 / 2

WP. 1942-17 case within a period of four weeks. All contentions raised by the Petitioner and Respondents in this petition are kept open. The Petitioner may apply for stay of the impugned order to the Collector. If such an application is made, the same may be decided within 2 weeks thereafter. The appeal filed before Respondent No. 2 therefore, will not survive. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
