Both the counsel conceded to the position and the prayer so made in this application, in view of the order dated 26th February 2015 passed by a Division Bench (Aurangabad Bench) in writ petition no.8296 of 2014 with writ petition no.9193 of 2014. Therefore, at this stage, in view of the averment so made, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). No costs. List the Writ Petition on 21st April 2015, high on board for final disposal.
