The only substantive prayer in the Writ Petition is prayer (a), which reads as follows:

"(a)This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and direction thereby directing the Hon'ble Tribunal at Pune to take up the matter on board and decide the same on merits as expeditiously as possible;"

Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that, as a matter of fact, pursuant to the order passed on 13 December 2019 by DRT, a fresh auction was held.

In the circumstances, leaving it open to the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the DRT, we dispose of the Petition. The Petitioner would be at liberty to apply to the DRT for hearing the matter expeditiously.
