This Interim Application is filed by the Thane Community for Protection & Care of Animals through Mr Gurumurthy. Apparently, some of the residents at Seawoods Estates, Navi Mumbai had written to the Thane Community. There is no larger question of law being addressed here nor this is a Public Interest Litigation. We see no reason to allow the impleadment of a group that is not directly concerned with the subject matter of the Petition. The Interim Application is rejected. It is open to the Thane Community to file an appropriate proceeding in its own name if it wishes. 2.
