1] Applicant, after having been arrested on 26/10/2020 is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 464/2020 registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Thane City for offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant is already charge-sheeted.

2] I am informed that applicant has already deposited amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- as has been observed in orders dated 08/10/2021, 1/2

3] In the aforesaid background, applicant having been suffered incarceration for more than one year and applicant having shown bonafides by depositing amount of Rs. 2,50,000/-, applicant deserves to be released on bail.

(i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 464/2020 registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Thane City for offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.
