Mr.Rungta states that even last week petitioner No.2 was summoned to record a statement. Mr.Rungta states that petitioner No.2 will extend all co-operation to respondents and in fact he has submitted over 5000 documents. Mr.Rungta states that only if a show cause notice is issued, petitioners will be able to respond to it and respondents be directed to follow due process of law. 3.
