Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, Petitioner has been transferred to Ahmednagar District Prison, District Ahmednagar. That, the case of Petitioner i.e. Sessions Case No. 42 of 2019 is pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge at Shrirampur.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
