This is an application by the applicant for pre-arrest bail in Crime No.477/2015 registered with Kondhwa police station, Pune for offences punishable under sections 307, 387, 447, 504, 506(2) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 praying for pre-arrest bail and under sections 3(1)(ii) 3(2), 3(4) of the M.C.O.C. Act, 1999.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that during the pendency of this application, the applicant has been arrested by the police in the said offence. The application is, therefore, disposed of.
