The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 13 of 2019 for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. The Applicant was arrested on 5th January 2019. The vehicle used in the crime is already seized. There are criminal antecedents against the Applicant.

In the aforesaid background, a case for grant of bail is made out. Hence the following order.

ORDER

(A) The Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 13 of 2019 for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code on executing PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

(B) Till filing of the chargesheet, the Applicant shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of the police station.

(C) The Applicant shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.

(D) The Applicant shall provide his contact number and address of the place of abode to the Investigating Officer within a period of one week from today.

(E) The Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
