2023.02.09 14:24:31 +0530 DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE Nos.303 of 2014 and 647 of 2016 which were pending on the file of this Court have been decided by the co-ordinate Bench by its Judgment and Order dated 23rd October 2018.

In view thereof, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur is requested to re-consider the proposal submitted by Jail Authority to it, i.e. considering the request of Petitioner for granting remission on the occasion of 125th Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and in pursuance of Government Resolution dated 3rd July 2017.

This be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of present Order.
