This is an application for modification of the order dated 21/07/2017 passed by this Court, 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that since the applicant was released on bail by the order dated 21/07/2017 passed by this Court, the applicant has been regularly attending the Anti-Human Trafficking Cell, Crime Branch, Thane once a month. He further states that even the charge has not been framed.

In this view of the matter, the condition for attendance at Anti-Human Trafficking Cell, Crime Branch, Thane can be modified.

Therefore, condition no. (ii) imposed vide order dated 21/07/2017 by this Court is dispensed, subject to the applicant regularly attending the trial Court. 6.

The application is disposed of.
