At the outset, the learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this application. His only main submission is that considering relationship and tender age of the victim and the Applicant, it would be in the interest of justice, if directions are issued to the trial Court to complete the trial within a time bound period. Considering the facts in this case, this request can be accepted.
