Heard. This Application is preferred by the Defendant for condonation of 24 days delay in filing the Appeal from Order challenging the order dated 18/10/2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division Pune below Exhibit No.15 in Special Civil Suit No. 332/2013.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
