On 25/02/2020 the applicant was admitted to protection from arrest and the said protection continue till date. The learned APP Mr. Gavand State that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet was ready for filing but its acceptance was denied by the Magistrate on the ground that the anticipatory bail order is not confirmed. 2.

The learned Magistrate is only reminded of the fact that there is no legal impediment in accepting the charge-sheet while the Anticipatory Bail Application is pending. In any case since the investigation is now over, the order dated 25/02/2020 is made absolute.
