The application is for restoration of the second appeal which was dismissed for default. On the last occasion, none appeared for the Applicant. Therefore, only to give an opportunity to the Applicant, the application was kept on board under the caption 'for Dismissal'. Today also, learned counsel for the Applicant is not present. An adjournment is sought on his behalf. If the Applicant seeking indulgence to restore the matter, he should have ensured that his advocate remain present at least when the application is placed for dismissal.
