Challenge in this writ petition is to the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer in an appeal under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 against which the petitioners have two remedies under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

Hence, by keeping all questions raised in the writ petition open to be agitated in revision, the writ petition stands disposed of on the ground of availability of alternative statutory remedy. No costs.
