The cause for filing the above Petition is the alleged inaction on the part of the police in registering an FIR. The Petitioner has addressed three written complaints which are dated 20th December 2017, 23rd January 2018 and 27th January 2018 to the Inspector of Police, Nagpada Police Station and the concerned Zonal Deputy Commissioner of Police, which have gone unheeded. We, therefore, direct the Senior Inspector of Police, SQ Pathan 1/2

wp.623.18.910.doc Nagpada Police Station to consider the said complaints of the Petitioner and thereafter take an appropriate decision and communicate such decision to the Petitioner within two weeks from date. Contingent upon the decision that would be communicated, it will be open for the Petitioner to take appropriate recourse in law.
