The learned Counsel for the Appellant has made following three statements on 14th October, 2022 :

Bhalchandra 9 Fa-353-2022.odt Firstly, the Appellant had made an incorrect statement that he had already deposited Rs.1,84,000/- before this Court, which, in fact has not been deposited.

Secondly, the Appellant made statement before this Court that he will deposit 20% of the balance amount by the end of November, 2022, has not been deposited.

Thirdly, he made statement that the balance amount would be deposited in this Court, within a period of five months thereafter, has also not been deposited.

Office note also indicates that Appellant has not deposited the amount of Rs.1,84,000/- before this Court, as stated on the said date.
