On 17.7.2015, none appeared for the applicant/appellant. This Court (Coram: A.R.Joshi, J.) had observed that the Advocate for the applicant had not taken steps. Time was granted by way of last chance. Today also none appears for the applicant. On 1.9.2014, none appeared for the applicant before this Court ( Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.). This Court had observed that the learned Advocate has not mentioned the days for condoning the delay. Hence, the application was dismissed for want of prosecution. It was subsequently restored.
