This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.2. Deceased Respondent No.2 passed away on 28th October 2022. 2.

Mr. Limaye, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that this Interim Application was filed on 27th January 2023 through E-filing procedure. However, the office has given the lodging number on 8th February 2023. According to the 1/2

16-IA-2072-2023.doc Sonali office, there is delay of 7 days in filing the application. However, considering the actual date of filing by E-filing procedure, there is no delay in filing the application.

As the application is within time, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
