1] This is an application for modification of condition No.6(i) of grant of bail to the applicant by this Court by its Order dated 29th August 2017.

The said condition reads as under:

(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

2] As the applicant could not furnish one or two sureties in the like amount, by a subsequent Order dated 6.12.2017 the applicant was 1/2

appp.141-2018.doc permitted to furnish cash surety and within eight weeks to produce sureties as directed by the earlier Order dated 29.8.2017. 3] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, despite putting in best efforts the applicant could get only one surety till today and unable to get one more surety to make up the amount. 4] In view thereof, the applicant is permitted to furnish one or more sureties to make up the said amount.
