It is prosecutions case that in the '

prosecution of common object, members of unlawful assembly, assaulted the injured by sharp weapon. Injury certificate shows complainant had suffered left axillary line penetrative injury. Besides there are two offences registered against this applicant under Section 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In view of the nature of accusation and kind of injury suffered by the complainant, the relief for the pre-arrest bail is refused.
