DATE : 20 MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- 1] By the impugned order dated 23 November 2012, the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan has declined leave to amend on the ground that the amendment was applied for after commencement of trial.

2] Further, the records would indicate that the proposed amendment seeks to withdraw the previous admissions. 3] There is no jurisdictional error or perversity in making of the impugned order.

4] Accordingly, present petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
