Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and the earlier order dated 5.12.2011 passed by this court in Civil Application No.4055 of 2010, following order is passed:

b) Hearing of First Appeal No.536 of 2008 is expedited.

c) Office is directed to place First Appeal for hearing in weekly board as per its turn in the list of Senior Citizen.
