Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the Respondents. The learned AGP on instructions states that this Petition deserves to be disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 8th December 2015 in Writ Petition No.10204 of 2015 (Shivanand Dkandappa Chinugunde v. The Settlement Commissioner & Director of Land Records, Pune Region, Pune & Ors.).

We have perused the order dated 8th December 2015. The order is based on the statements made in the affidavit dated 4th December 2015 of Shri Sambhaji Patingrao KaduPatil, the Settlement Commissioner and Director of Land Records.

In Clause (2) of the said affidavit, it is stated that it is the responsibility of the Tahsildar assisted by the Talathis to prepare a correct online revenue record. It is stated that the Talathi is supposed to verify the online 7/12 extracts with a view to ascertain whether the same are strictly as per the original manually maintained record. The said record will have to be certified as per Clause (4) of the Circular dated 15th March 2013.

Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 8th December 2015 in Writ Petition No.10204 of 2015. 5.
