Heard. The learned counsel for the original Applicants has filed these Civil Applications for fixing early date of hearing of the First Appeals on the ground that the Applicant is a senior citizen. Office note shows that the paper book is not yet ready and R & P also not received.

903.2327.18-caf+.doc The learned counsel for the Applicants undertakes to file private paper book in both the matters within eight weeks from today. To that effect, she has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants, undertaking given by them and as the Applicant is a senior citizen, following order is passed.

The Applicant is directed to file private paper book within eight weeks with copy to other side, failing which the both the First Appeals shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

Printing dispensed with.

Call R & P.

Both the matters be listed for final hearing in the list of Senior Citizen matters as soon as the First Appeals are ready for final hearing.
