Same is accepted by other side. Other side also makes a statement that terms and conditions of Consent Terms dated 14.2.2018 are duly complied. Same is recorded. No order as to costs.

Both the counsel submit that appellant as well as Respondent are present in court. Their presence is recorded. Both the Family Court Appeals stand disposed of in terms of Consent Terms dated 14.02.2018.

Consent Terms be treated as part and parcel of decree. In view thereof, Civil Application No.46 of 2017 does not survive. Same stands dismissed as infructuous.
