Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No. 112 of 2021 registered with Vishrambaug police station, Pune for the offences punishable under sections 392, 411, 413 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Initially the applicant was not named as an accused. Her husband Aashish Firodia, Amol Bochare and Raju Rathod were sent for trial for the offences punishable under sections 392, 411, 413 and 34 of the Penal Code on the basis of first information report lodged by Pavitra Kamble, the first informant, who alleged that on 21st September, 2021 while she was passing from in front of Ambika Bhuvan Hotel, Near Sahitya Parishad Bus stop, Tilak Road, Pune Vishal Parekar ...1
31-aba-421-2022.doc two persons, who were riding a two wheeler snatched gold marriage string worth Rs. 50,000/- from her neck. Thus, first information report was lodged against the unknown persons. 4.
The learned APP submitted that during the course of investigation, the complicity of the applicant is revealed. Reliance was sought to be placed on the statement of witness Kamlesh Suryawanshi who claimed to have transferred the sum of Rs. 1,24,000/- in the account of Amol Bochare, the co-accused. No other material is sought to be arrayed against the applicant to rope in her as the receiver of the stolen property.

Having regard to the aforesaid nature of accusation, I am inclined to confirm the order of pre-arrest bail dated 18th February, 2022 passed by this Court. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
1] The order of interim pre-arrest bail dated 18th February, 2022 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. 2] In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
Application stands disposed.
