By this application, the applicants seek quashing of the FIR which was registered vide C.R. No.874 of 2019 with Chakan Police Station, Pune, for the offence punishable under sections 385, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The quashing is sought on the premise that the parties have amicably settled their dispute.

Learned APP submits that the Police after investigating the said case, have filed 'A' summary report before the appropriate Court. Learned APP has tendered a report of Senior Police Inspector, Chakan Police Station, Pune, dated 17th August 2022. The said report is taken on record. In view of 'A' summary report in the said case, nothing further survives in the application.

At this stage learned Counsel for the Applicants, on instructions of the applicants, who are present in the Court, states that the applicants will withdraw the Civil case instituted by them within one week from today. Statement accepted. 5.
