By this petition Petitioners challenge the order dated 21 September 2022 passed by the Principal District Judge, Thane by which order of injunction dated 08 September 2022 passed by the Trial Court was stayed during pendency of Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.128 of 2022. The learned counsel appearing for Petitioner would submit that Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.128 of 2022 has been disposed of by judgment and order dated 19 April 2023 and the appeal has been allowed. Petitioners have filed Writ Petition (Stamp) No.18005 of 2023 challenging the judgment and order dated 19 April 2023.
