Heard. The learned counsel for the Respondent wife submits that they have no objection if Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Hence, by consent of the parties, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) The learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Bandra, Bombay may please be directed to allow the Applicant to withdraw his 50% share in the amount with accrued interest thereon lying with the Family Court at Bandra, Bombay. "
