By this Civil Application Applicant is seeking permission to delete the name of Respondent nos.3 to 5 from the cause title of the Writ Petition No.11100 of 2018.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Mohite 1/2

3 caw425-19.doc Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to delete names of Respondents Nos.3 to 5 from the array of the Respondents in the above Writ Petition."

B) Amendment be carried out within 3 weeks from today. C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly. D) No order as to costs.
