P.C.:- The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant submitted that, though the Order impugned herein was stayed by this Court by its Order dated 24th February, 2014 passed in Civil Application No. 246 of 2014 in Appeal From Order No. 213 of 2014, the proceedings before the Trial Court in L.C. Suit No. 3562 of 2013 were not stayed. It is submitted that, the evidence of Appellant/Plaintiff is being recorded by the Trial Court. In view thereof, the Order dated 24th February, 2014 passed in Civil Application No. 246 of 2014 in Appeal From Order No. 213 of 2014, is hereby confirmed.

The Trial Court is requested to make an endeavor to dispose of the said Suit as expeditiously as possible.
