2] The applicants are permitted to withdraw fifty percent of the compensation amount without security and upon filing an undertaking before the Reference Court that the amount will be brought back together with interest in case the appeal instituted by the State is allowed.

3] In so far as balance fifty percent amount is concerned, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the same by furnishing a bank guarantee of a nationalized bank, to the satisfaction of the Reference Court.

4] The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 5] All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
