DATED : 2nd JULY 2021 P.C:- By the present Interim Application, the applicant seek modification of the order, subject to which he was released on bail and in particular, direction no. (iii) in the order, by which the applicant is directed to attend Boisar police station once in a month on first Saturday between 11.00 am to 1.00 p.m. When the Court showed disinclination while relaxing the said condition, learned counsel for the applicant seek permission to withdraw the Interim Application. However, learned counsel make a grievance that his attendance is not marked whenever he attend the police station. Learned APP is directed to ensure through the Investigating Officer that whenever the applicant is present in the police station, his attendance should be marked and a record to be maintained to that effect.
